It’s easy, if you are a customer or have created an account on Boldlytrendy, you are automatically included in the affiliate program and can access your affiliate dashboard from your account. Otherwise, you can create your account in a few clicks directly from the Affiliate Program page.

Once you’ve created your account or logged into it, you need to go to your account page and open the Affiliation tab. Within the affiliate program dashboard, you can have access to various useful information, request payouts, etc. Most importantly, you need to open the “Affiliate Links” tab where you will find your personal affiliate link and start sharing it. You also have the possibility to create custom affiliate links that redirect to specific pages of our store.

Once your referral is fully confirmed, you may request a payout directly from your affiliate dashboard within your account page.

A payout for a referral commission will be possible after the 30 day return period has passed for a given order. It is necessary as we cannot provide commissions for refunded/cancelled orders.

We offer Free shipping on all orders! It is essential for us to provide you with fast and reliable shipping with tracking as well as quality packaging.

We offer reliable shipping with fast delivery times. If you are based in France or Europe, you will receive your Elasaro jewelry within 5 to 7 business days. It will take 5 to 8 business days for North America. As for other countries, you should expect 5 to 10 business days.
Please add to the delivery times our preparation time of 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the confirmation with a tracking number by email. You can always check the status of delivery on the following page: Order Tracking

Make sure you review all your details correctly before submitting your order. Please notify us immediately via email contact@boldlytrendy.com if there is any incorrect information about your order. Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, no more changes can be applied.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Boldlytrendy.com is not liable for any incorrect information provided by you while placing the order. If the package is returned to Boldlytrendy due to an unsuccessful delivery because of wrong information provided by you, then you may be responsible for new shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unused and undamaged within 30 days of reception. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy for more information.

Unforeseen circumstances, holidays, or delays from local delivery companies might impact delivery times. If your tracking shows that the package is almost there, we kindly ask you to wait a bit more and apologize for the delay.

There are no additional fees for deliveries within the EU zone. As for international deliveries, there may be duties and taxes depending on your country’s trade partnership with France. As Boldlytrendy has no control over these charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.

We are confident you will love our products! Just in case there is an issue, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. If 30 days have passed since then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its accessories and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@boldlytrendy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

While very rare, incidents during delivery or human error on our side may be the cause of a damaged/defective product. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniency this may cause you and kindly ask you to reach out to us at contact@boldlytrendy.com with photos/videos of the defective, damaged or incorrect parts of the product so we can evaluate the issue.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is finalized, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once your request for a return is accepted, we will provide you with the address and all other instructions needed. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the returning package.
If you are shipping an item over 60$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Boldlytrendy accepts payments with Paypal and all major credit cards through Stripe and Klarna, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, etc. You may also use your credit card through Paypal’s system (no account required).
As soon as your purchase has been verified, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.

Yes, we are glad to inform you that we provide payment in multiple installments through our partners, Paypal and Klarna. If your order is eligible, you can pay for your purchase in 3 or 4 interest-free installments.

You can use your promo codes directly in your shopping cart page. If your cart (with the items within) is eligible, the discount will apply to the total price.
